- Open the 'digi.cash payment' e-mail
- Download the attached .digicash payment file
- Choose 'Save' to digi.cash App
- Accept the payment
- Coins are now deposited in your wallet and instantly available
If you would like to know whether your e-mailed payment has been deposited, request a server record. You can do this by clicking on the specific transaction on your statement screen.
If the server record status shows 'Sent', your payment has been deposited.
Any other status means that your payment has not been deposited and you can still cancel it.
E-mailed payments never expire.
However, the payer might cancels their payment, which will invalidate the payment.
I have received a .digicash payment file via e-mail, but digi.cash doesn't appear as an available App for saving the attachment
Please submit a formal request via our Support Centre and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Contact the payer and make sure that they sent the .digicash payment file to the correct e-mail address.
Make sure the e-mail address they used is the same as your digi.cash account e-mail address.
If this is not the issue, please put in a formal claim via the Support Centre and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
I've received a .digicash payment file via e-mail, but can't deposit the attachment. What should I do?
Please check whether the .digicash payment file has been sent to the e-mail address that is associated with your digi.cash account.
If not, ask the payer to cancel their payment and resend it to your e-mail address that you use to login to your digi.cash account.
If this is not the issue, please submit a formal claim via the Support Centre and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
