I received a 'Payee Mismatch Error' - Message. What does this mean?

If you are unable to deposit your coins and receive a 'Payee Mismatch Error'-Message it is most likely that the digi.cash has been sent to the wrong e-mail address.
In order to be able to deposit the payment, the digi.cash has to be sent to the e-mail address that is associated with your digi.cash account. 
If you have multiple e-mail addresses, please inform the payer which one is connected to your digi.cash account and ask them to resend the payment. 

If this is not the issue, please submit a formal claim via our Support Centre and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
