How much time do I have to accept/deposit a payment, that I have received?

Received Payments don’t expire. 
However, the payer may cancel their transfer, before you've accepted the payment file. 
If this is the case, please contact the payer directly.

Yes, you can e-mail to users in any country.

Currently you can't send to multiple people in one transaction.
You have to send an individual payment to each payee.

Once the payer scans the displayed 'Pay-to-receive QR-code', the requester receives instantly.

You can request from anyone who is a user.

Who can I send to?

You can send to anyone.
If you are unsure whether the payee has a account. Send them a payment via e-mail and tick the ‘Referral’-Box. They can then join and accept your payment.

How do I request

Requesting via QR-code:

In order to request

  1. Open the App
  2. Select ‘Request’ on your home screen
  3. Specify amount
  4. Add request description
  5. Click ‘Connect
  6. Display ‘QR’-code
  7. The payer now has to scan your ‘QR’-code

When you request money from someone and they scan your generated ‘QR’-code, money is withdrawn from their wallet an send to your wallet.

How do I send

Sending via QR-code:

  1. Open the App
  2. Select ‘Send’ on your home screen
  3. Specify amount
  4. Add the payment description
  5. Select ‘QR’-code as the send method
  6. Click ‘Next’

Your QR code is now displayed and ready to be scanned. Once the payee scans this QR code, is instantly withdrawn from your wallet and transferred to the recipient.
